Phantom Doctrine

This will likely be obtained in chapter 3 once you build MK facility Trigger phrase. You will either need to capture an enemy agent or implement a trigger phrase in your own agents incase they turn against u in a mission. Once u have implanted a trigger in an agent using the MK function, release the enemy agent to rejoin their ranks.

At some point u will come across them in a mission, instead of attacking them, use the trigger phrase combat option and they will join your side instantly and can use them in the mission. The agent will now permanently join your ranks to use as u please after extraction too!
