Phantom Doctrine

This will come naturally to you early in the campaign. In the Analytics section of the base, you will eventually have an objective to the effect of "Analyze Operation **** File." When you go to that file and pull out all pieces of intel for the cork board, it should say, "Intel x/x" in the bottom right corner. (Thus indicating that you have all the necessary files for that dossier). Pick out all the necessary code words and link the threads based on those words, as the game has taught you. You will have succeeded when a line of thread glows red and you get a message.

**Note that I was playing the KGB campaign so my only frame of reference for success was having 8/8 intel for the Yukon file and receiving a message from Patriot about a raid when I decoded it. Experiences with the CIA or Mossad may differ in context.
