Just be sure that all of your agents have silencers on their weapons, and make sure you bring one guy in with a disguise. A lot easier than I expected it.
The video doesn't show, but you'll need to eliminate one enemy to be able to set your agents in that area. They eliminate them before the video starts, but its the enemy that has the small patrol path at the top of the steps. After they are dead you can position your team properly. Take care that they aren't near the windows as the patrol on the lower balcony can spot them!
You don't necessarily need to kill every enemy from the same positions, or using the same methods, as the video - but it does need to be in that order to not cause an alarm. Silenced sniper support can help.
You also have to evacuate and end the mission without triggering an alarm. I was able to sneak out the upper balcony and drop right down to the evacuation point with the body.
