Missable, chapter seven, campaign. You must complete the secondary objective, make sure you do this before the main obj. Otherwise you will be scrambling for evac when the alarms are going off.
Doing this secondary obj first does not raise the alarm.
I would also suggest stealth clearing the helipad before emptying the safe as this will get rid of the reinforcements and make your escape much easier. All enemies are min 125. So bring your most powerful silenced weapons.
