Really simple. Just play fifteen minutes worth of missions and this will unlock. You can check how close you are at any time by checking your achievement progress tracker.
Also keep in mind that any time spent watching cinematics or wandering around headquarters won't count toward your progress. You have to be in a mission for the time to go up.
