Go to custom missions and choose level Baki.
As achievements says import clay, barley, reeds, flax and gems and produce/export potery, beer, papyrus, linen and jewelery. For faster import/export place two docks and at one dock trade only materials (clay, barley, reeds, flax and gems) and at the other dock trade only goods (potery, beer, papyrus, linen and jewelery).
After few minutes achievement should pop.
