From the first Prayer statue run straight down. Deal with the enemies and collect there loot. These particular enemies have the best chance of dropping loot.
Once you have the helmet of the Guard, breastplate of the Guard and greavesof the guard then find Taralh. He is a level 4 trainer so the reward is worth it
