This achievement is unlocked after travelling through Nile Delta.
Make sure you get the achievements in Nile Delta and deal with the bosses. Nile Delta is a great place to level up. Equip the ring of hard lessons to get extra XP . I went from level 12 to 20 in around 2 hours.
The enemies also drop great loot.
