You can earn this achievement early on the first level.
There is a spear trap shortly after Kheti the guy who you free. Roll across the trap to avoid damage and you'll encounter an enemy strike the enemy so his health is less than half.
Lure the enemy towards the trap. Make sure your health is full. Now roll back across the trap the enemy will follow.
I advise you to damage the enemy prior Shi the trap kills him First time
