Pharaonic

This achievement is unlocked during the Nile Delta level.
The Fisherwoman is easy to locate however the merchant you need too buy the rod from is at the end of the level and pretty far out of the way.

You'll want start at the second prayer statue. Make sure you have explored and interacted with the levers to lower bridges as this will make travelling easier.
