You may unlock this naturally, but this is a heads up to anyone trying to unlock this on purpose. It's a copy/paste from a forum post from PS4 user PureRuby from PlaystationTrophies.com. I hope she doesn't mind me copying the info here. As far as I know, it's not patched yet (at least on Xbox One), so you may find this useful.

I've tried countless times to get "The last drop" trophy to pop but never managed to get it. I decided to send a tweet to Milkstone studios which promptly replied and helped me find a workaround:

Quote from Milkstone studios: "Ok, found what's happening. There still should be a way to unlock it on the current version though. The trophy doesn't unlock if the hit would leave you in a stunned state (which happens when receiving a strong hit), So best way to unlock would be to wear heavy armor (harder to stun) and get hit by weaker enemies.".....

"Glad you could unlock it. It's totally a bug and we'll fix it in the next update."

So yeah It's partially glitched atm as of patch 1.02 but It'll be fixed in the next update.

I had the same problem she was having. Started a new character and got to the first enemy that only attacks with unblockable hits and kept trying to unlock the cheevo by drinking from the canteen just a moment before the killing blow would hit me. 20 or so tries and no luck. Then I loaded my level 30 character, who was equipped with full heavy armor and went to the Oasis. I let one of the normal sword wielding guys hit me until I was almost dead and just as I was about to receive the killing blow I drank from the canteen. Lo and behold, the cheevo unlocked first try.
