How to unlock the All Possibilities achievement in Phoenix Point - Definitive Guide
This solution will contain spoilers for the story, be warned!
There are a total of five different endings;
- New Jericho's solution
- Disciples of Anu's solution
- Synedrion Terraformers (who wants to control nature)
- Synedrion Polyphonic tendency (who wants balance with nature/Pandorans)
- Phoenix project's own solution
Getting a faction ending
To get the ending for a faction, you need to progress your rating with that faction to at least 75 and perform the missions for that faction. You raise diplomacy by siding with the faction in Geoscape events, defending their havens, destroying Pandoran structures (nests, lairs and citadels) or sabotaging rival factions.
Getting the Phoenix project ending
To reach the Phoenix project ending, you need to perform their missions, like the Symes research, as well as research the different Pandoran structures (nest, lair, citadel), and do all the research that start with vivisection of a live Siren and Scylla.
Synedrion endings
Which Synedrion ending you'll get is decided by who you side with most: the Terraformers (controlling nature) or the Polyphonic tendency (balance with nature). It's possible it gets decided from the very first diplomacy mission you perform for them (to reach an alliance rating of 25), since it gives you a different mission depending on who you side with.
Getting multiple endings in one playthrough
While you can't get all endings in one playthrough, it might be worthwhile to at least be friendly with a few factions simultaneously, and knock a few endings out so you minimize the amount of playthroughs needed. Especially Synedrion, since they have multiple endings that require multiple playthroughs.
The point-of-no-return for siding with a faction is when you perform the very last research for that faction, and receive the mission from them to deal with the Pandoran threat using their solution. Once you've received that mission, you can't receive a mission from another faction. You can always however get the Phoenix project's own mission, but after that you're completely locked into that ending and can't get any of the others.
The final research that locks the ending are:
- New Jericho: Project Nemesis
- Disciples of Anu: Liturgy of the divine flesh
- Synedrion: Project Liberation
- Phoenix Project: Virophage injector

This solution is better than the other one, just because it is clear what the final mission for all faction are, since they are a point of no return: completing one of them results in getting locked on their path, and it is impossible to get another ending. So it's really important to create a savegame BEFORE one of the final research are done, if you don't want to start a new game.

Note that this achievement is broken when playing on PC.
It only unlocks in the Xbox Console version. To unlock this, I had each of the five endings saved from previous run throughs on my PC, saved right at the final point before triggering end-game sequence.
The XBox version features cloud saves so you can load up saves from your PC game into your console.
So you can either do all five endings on your console (tough given the bugs and crashes). Or create end-game saves on your PC version and load them into your console game.
The mechanics of the bug aside, here's the details on the five endings.... it goes without saying play on the easiest difficulty.
There are five distinct outcomes possible in the game.
1. Phoenix Point ending
2. New Jericho ending
3. Synedrion ending #1
4. Synedrion ending #2
5. Anu ending
That aside, to achieve the faction specific endings you need to complete their diplomatic special missions which will take you so far, then complete the Phoenix Project missions that culminate in determining the source of the Pandoran threat. Once that's done things start moving again, and you can either choose the Phoenix outcome (number 1) or one of the others.
Note that choosing option one will unlock:

The game has 6 endings:
1. As Phoenix (requires Virophage Injection)
2. For Jericho
3. For Ana
4 and 5 - For the Sanhedrin. Depending on the dialogues, one of two endings will be available (For the Teraformers or for the Polyphonic Tendency)
6. Loss (Just rewind time on the geoscope until the counter of surviving people runs out)
