BAD ENDING
After Franziska von Karma shows up with the final evidence (Pistol, Video Tape, Bellboy's Uniform), make a save to avoid going through the Trial section again.
The Judge will ask you to WHO and WHICH evidence you want to show.
Present anything that is NOT Shelly de Killer or the Video Tape, the Judge won't be satisfied and will declare Engarde Not Guilty on the spot and you will see the bad ending afterwards.
GOOD ENDING
Load back your save and when the Judge asks for your answer :
---> Present Shelly de Killer's profile
---> Present Video Tape
---> Reason : Wanted blackmail on you

Warning: This is the part where you MUST save your progress, otherwise you'll be reverted to the main menu.
This is the part where there is two endings, be aware their are spoilers up ahead so you are warned, but the short story is you need to present the absolute wrong evidence and the wrong person to get the bad ending. If you do get both correct, just answer the wrong question (two wrong answers provided seems rather obvious).
The trophy will be earned when you witness the bad ending.

Haptism
There are two different endings for the second game, Justice for All. During the last trial of the fourth episode, you’ll cross-examine Shelly de Killer.
Once you’re done with that, you need to announce if your client is guilty or not guilty. Choose whatever you want and Franziska will interrupt the verdict to present new evidence to the court: De Killer’s Pistol, a Video Tape and a Bellboy Uniform. Select all of them to receive more details about them.
After that, Mia will suggest two possibilities on how to solve this case successfully. However, the whole situation is complicated and so you only have a single chance to show the right evidence.
Make a save when Phoenix says “…” (or before!) and present SOMETHING ELSE than Shelly de Killer’s profile and the Video Tape, and reply with anything else than “wanted to blackmail you”.
If done correctly, your client will be found not guilty and you’ll see the bad ending. You can then load your last save and show the right evidence to continue with the true ending.
