I've noticed that this doesn't trigger if you hold B to advance the text - after trying three times I let the text run through at normal speed and it popped for me.

This is during your test on the first chapter on your first trial.
When The Judge asks you who the defendant is. Answer Mia Fey and you'll unlock the trophy....and get scolded at the same time (You don't get penalised).
A win-win situation if you ask me! smile

During the first case of the first game, The First Turnabout, you will be asked about the defendant. Instead of choosing the correct answer Larry Butz, choose Mia Fey. You won’t receive any punishment and will get a new chance to reply correctly afterwards.
