There are eight bounty givers with a total of 28 bounties to be given. These bounty targets are out in the world map from the beginning, so you don't have to get their quest first before you kill them. You can take care of them while traveling and turn them in en masse if that's your preference, so reference the list of bounties when you come across a named ship; if it's on the list, kill them via boarding or sinking.
Nekataka Bounty Givers:
- Abocco (1st Floor, Wild Mare, Queen's Berth)
- Aenia (Queen's Berth)
- Okauro (The Sacred Stair)
- Fleet Master Wakoyo (Fleet Master's Office, Brass Citadel)
- Nungata (Serpent's Crown)
- Barati (2nd Floor, Kahanga Palace, Serpent's Crown)
Dunnage Bounty Givers:
- Udita (Lifter's Refuge)
- Dessiral (Radiant Court)
