Put Eder in your party.
Slightly north of Port Maje (and part of Sanza's first quest for mapping all uncharted islands) is an island with the dungeon Cavern of Xaur Tuk-Tuk. Enter and dispose of the group of xaurips and blights.
Unless you want to have bad reputation with Eder, save your game.
To the west, just north of where you entered, is a "Cage" (marked on your area map). When you approach it, you'll be given the option to engage with it or leave it alone. Choose to leave it alone and you'll get negative Eder rep. You can then interact with it and leave it alone repeatedly until the achievement pops (shouldn't take more than five or six interactions).
