The Critter Cleaver is a machine to The Dark Cupboard in Periki's Overlook, Neketaka, which gives you the ability to create new and exciting pets with your existing ones. You must have two pets to sacrifice first, they are found on most maps in Neketaka. Simply sacrifice two of them using the machine and recreate a pet. It costs a mere 1000 copper to create a new pet.
