There are six sidekicks to be found in Deadfire. Sidekicks can join your party but don’t have personal quests nor relationship options.
Vatnir: Found at Harbinger’s Watch. He is part of DLC and may not required in the Ultimate Edition.
Ydwin: Ydwin can be found at Spire of the Soul-seers Rooftop.
Fassina: She can be found at The Dark Cupboard, Periki's Overlook, Neketaka. Complete the quest Velvet Glive, Brass Fist and The Archmage Vault for her to join you. BEWARE: The Archmage Vault has high level enemies so come back when you are stronger, I was level 8 and getting destroyed.
Mirke: She is found in Deadlight Court inside Fort Deadlight. You have to complete the quest Blow The Man Down first.
Rekke: This chap is found on the world map. Starting from Nekataka travel as Far East as you can to the edge of the map. There will be some barrels in the water. Rekke is amongst the barrels, you must use the option to bring him onboard. If you don’t then he is missable.
Konstanten: He can be recruited in The Wild Mare at Queen's Berth in Neketaka. He works as a masseur on The Wild Mare - Upper Floor. Talk to him and tell him he can earn more coin and he will join you.
