How to unlock the 5 Upgrades in Stronghold achievement in Pillars of Eternity - Definitive Guide

Just a note before you start this as it is a really buggy achievement. The 5 upgrades have to be completed in one shot, so before turning off the game. It's best to wait until you can afford the 5 upgrades and focus on the short turnaround times so that you only have to bounce back and forth between a couple maps (or campsites) to get this to unlock.
