this achievement is a side quest during White March Part 2 called The Phalactarys promise

The location of this quest is Mowrghek Ien this only appears your map after you have visited the Iron Flail Fort then returned to Stalwart where a murder has occured. You will be tasked with solving this crime, this region is located in Dyrwood near your own stronghold.

this battle is widely regarded as the most diccult in pillars, you will face two dragons and LLENGARTH A POWERFUL MAGE.

Each party member should have 5 major endurance potions, a summoning statue/figurine, each. Your casters should have 5 scrolls of Paralysis.

Turn game speed to normal/slow

A Cipher, priest, chanter and tank are essential. the key to this battle is using your Priest to Dire blessing spell to buff your party.

ignore the mage completely.

When the battle begins buff your party with the priest then use a few of your figurines to summon help.

Use your Cipher to cast Whispers of Treason or Puppet master on Turisulfus while using paralysis scrolls on the other dragon. Your Dominated dragon will deal with the Llengarth and and the other dragon. Make sure your Cipher is protected at all costs. have the priests AI set to support but quickslot his powerful damage spells.

Have your Chanter summon a drake whenever possible and the shade, keep dominating and paralysing the dragons and eventually youll just have Turisulfus to deal with, he is susceptible to burn spells the priests Cleansing flame and the Ciphers Soul ignition spell are great,
