Pillars of Eternity

Go into your inventory by pressing LT and going over to the left. Once inside the inventory, you should see crafting underneath quick items and weapon sets. Once in crafting, you should be able to see the different recipes with their required ingredients. You can get these ingredients from different taverns throughout the game (The Black Hound and the Goose and Fox are the two earliest you will encounter) and by looting dead enemies and the environment.
