How to unlock the Full Complement achievement in Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire - Definitive Guide

You need to assign a sailor to each available slot on your active ship – including the slots for resting crew. Logically, it is easier to do with a smaller ship but you will find no shortage of sailors in your travels and you can always hire more in ports if you lack some.

You just need to occupy all the cells of the ship, even those intended for sailors’ rest.
Can be done already on the first island. If, before the crash at the beginning of the game, you save not the box, but Chitupek, then rescue the Drinker from Rigere prison, then you can recruit sailors for the remaining places in the Eye of the Kraken tavern.

If you can’t figure out how to treat the crew on the ship, then you need to put the surgeon in the appropriate slot (SURGEON), and the wounded crew members in the free slots under the slots for distributing positions on the ship; each ship has a certain number of such slots. You also need to buy medicine.
