Pimp My Ride

When in the Cash Roam phase of each pimp, on your mini map you will see three red dots spread on the map. These are the Cruise locations. When you get near it the game will prompt you to hold down the left bumper, then as you go past the crowd you will see a button combo you need to hit. Hit the combo and you will get some cash. There are 15 different Cash Roam phases, so 45 Cruise locations will need to be completed to pop the achievement.
