Pimp My Ride

This achievement must be done while driving a customer’s Car. After you complete the “roaming” phase where you collect cash you will enter the pimping phase where you drive your latest customer’s car around in a race to add upgrades to increase its stats and ratings. I was not able to do this when “Pimping” Marcia but unlocked it while driving Andrea’s Car. I had obtained nearly all the upgrades and once I found a straight away, I used a nitro boost (push the left bumper to activate nitro; you must first collect the nitro cans around the map, which are represented as pink circles on your GPS to use nitro.)

As soon as I hit the nitro, the car in only a couple seconds shot up passed 150 MPH, I then quickly crashed straight into a wall, so I can’t tell if you unlock the achievement as you pass the 140mph mark or if after you stop.
