On the main menu if you tab over to the 'Tournaments' tab you can press 
to create your own tournament. Any parameters are fine. The tutorial should walk you through this and once created you'll unlock this achievement.

Thanks! I don't even see an option to create this using "X" so glad you pointed it out.

An easy one. Just navigate to the TOURNAMENTS tab and hit 
. Change the parameters as much or as little as you like and the trophy will pop as soon as you hit create. You can ignore your tournament after that.
