Firstly you have to defeat a monster to get a chance at the princess wheel you have t defea a monster. This can be done by hitting the cave hole (far right of table), hitting the bumpers 15 times ( via the flashing forest lane) or using the top left flipper to knock the ball over to the holes on right of screen and then putting the ball into one of the holes (Orcanium).
To defeat a monster you must then hit the lane with the sword or the purple smash sign (left side of table) until his health is gone ( Monsters health bar by bottom left flipper).
Once this is done the shield lane (left of centre) will have a flashing princess. Upon hitting this lane you get a shot at the Princess Wheel, either hit the multiball section of her dress or put 3 balls in there to start the Princess multiball and unlock the achievement.

This is for those that want to get a visual of LONGSTON's guide.
Just want to add that once your ball is locked at the roulette wheel. Release the ball when the word 'Multi-Ball' is even with the left-most edge of the red XP bar. Once released, it should drop straight into 'Multi-Ball'

To hit the multiball on the first shot, first look at the leveling bar. That's the big red bar at the bottom of the table. Then locate the multiball section on the wheel.. When the edge of that section is even with the edge of the bar hit the release.
On the xbox one, I believe it's A. I think on the 360 it's the launch stick.
