OK this isn't too hard.
Launch the ball, catch it on a flipper ( right was easiest for me) and hold A til night mode. Once it gets dark and the table sort of glows hit the ball to the big sink hole under the mini table. You'll be takes to the dot matrix table. It will show you a picture of a vampire, then 4 pictures. Pick the vampire for a $50 reward. Then repeat the process again and you'll need to pick out 2 vampires. Once you do that, the achievement will pop.
