Pretty straightforward achievement once you understand what they're asking you to do.
First, you have to hit the ball on the right side of the table 3 times. After that you will hear the table say "Siege Tower in Position"
Now you can shoot the ball up the right ramp and it will roll across the table to the siege tower, pick Mock Warfare from the list and select with the launch button.
Here the catapults will alternate between one with a flashing red light and a solid orange light, you have to press the launch button when the light is flashing red and the ball will shoot to that catapult and launch over to the ship.
Do it twice in a row and you get the achievement.

Just something small you should edit is it you have to hit the part on the right side of the table 4 times instead of 3
