See the blinking CRANE in the middle of the table?
Hit that.
This will cause the crane to be active. A red blinking light is what you're shooting for on the lower left of the table.
Hit the ball there and watch for where the table is blinking. You need to direct the ball there and then release it for the achievement.
A few tries will probably be needed to get the hang of it. The flippers will push the ball higher on the table and A will release the ball. You can't stop the crane from moving right so if you pass the blinking icon you'll have to try again.
Overall not too hard.
