To start the Ahch-To Wizard mode, you must complete the individual modes for Luke, Rey, and Chewbacca in any order.
When the game starts you will automatically be put into one of the three modes in phase 1. If playing for Luke or Rey then shoot the flashing shots to advance to phase 2 (avoid the bumpers if completing Luke as it can set you back). Chewbacca's requires you to collect 5 pieces of wood, which is done by shooting the periodically appearing pieces around the table with the ball, in order to go to phase 2.
Phase 2 has 2 objectives for each character, each is marked by a green and yellow circle in the center of the field that fills up:
Luke: Shoot combos (multiple shots in a row) and the lit lanes to complete.
Rey: One shot constantly changes between the orbits and left and right ramps. Shoot the one that is flashing to advance one objective. The other objective is done by shooting the lanes in the far back (by the giant spinning circle).
Chewbacca: Bumpers and Spinners advance one objective, while lit lanes complete the other.
When you complete a character you get a mini wizard mode. The final character completed replaces the mini wizard mode with the Ahch-To Island Wizard Mode and grants you the achievement.
