You must hit the ramp on the left side of the table (above the upper left flipper and to the right of the spinner) five times in one ball.
This should give a series of animations of you running with the giant ball getting larger behind you until the fifth ramp hit and you will get an animation of you escaping and the achievement.
Note: You will sometimes get a ball save instead on the screen but the ramp shot will still count towards the five needed.

DISCOKING
The ramp on the left with the yellow ball light with lines coming out of it is the Giant Ball ramp. All you have to do is hit this ramp 4 times with one ball to get this trophy. This is a good ramp to practice hitting, because it will help you spell out "JADE" and earn you a ball save.
