The Super Jackpot is only obtainable during the 3 ball multiball. Thankfully multiball is pretty easy to launch:
First, send the ball up the Center Ramp to raise Bud the gofer. Then hit Bud with the ball to lower him. This will light “Lock” and raises the Center Ramp. Send the ball under the Center Ramp to lock it. Once that is done, send the ball up the Centre Ramp again to raise Buzz. Then hit Buzz to lower him, you have to do this within 25 seconds. Shoot the raised ramp where Buzz was to lock the second ball. Then shoot the Putting Green to start multiball. Easy peasy.
Once in multiball you need to make two shots. First Jackpot shot for 3.5 million is obtained by hitting the left lane shot, do this with the top right flipper. Ball will go down the left inlane and lower the center lane slam ramp. Shoot for the center ramp and do your best to aim for the Hole-in-One hole. Get the Hole-in-One and it gives you the Super Jackpot and the Achievement. If you don't get it on your first multiball, just restart the game. That's easier than going for the multiball again since launching the multiball for a second time has additional requirements. Also, use the Rewind wizard power to your advantage.
