There are two ways to start the Clown Time mode.

Method 1: Collect the random “Clown Time” Mystery Award by shooting the Juggler lane when the “MYSTERY ?” lamp is lit. After you collect an award, you can relight “MYSTERY ?” by completing all four Cat spot targets.

Method 2: First, light up the clown face on the playing field by making all six of these shots in any order:
• Left cheek: Shoot all three Duck drop targets on the left side of the table.
• Left eye: Shoot the Ferris Wheel (leftmost) lane once.
• Mouth: Shoot the Comet Ramp (left ramp) three times. The second and third shots must be made while the 200K/300K lamps are lit.
• Nose: Shoot the Dunk the Dummy target (located between the two ramps) twice. The second shot must be made while the blue Dummy lamp is lit.
• Right eye: Shoot the Hurricane Ramp (right ramp) once.
• Right cheek: Shoot all four Cat spot targets on the right side of the table.
Then, after the clown face is fully lit, shoot the Hurricane Ramp.

Clown Time lasts for 25 seconds. Shoot any major target (Ferris Wheel lane, Juggler lane, Comet Ramp, or Hurricane Ramp) to score 500K points the first time, 750K points the second time, and 1 million points thereafter. Other targets score 50K points. You can start Multi-Ball during Clown Time for more scoring opportunities. Unfortunately, points earned using the Score Boost upgrade do not seem to count toward the Clown Time total.

As long as you don’t lose the ball, you can restart Clown Time after it ends and resume where you left off by repeating the above steps.

After you drain the ball, the achievement will unlock if you’ve scored a combined 10 million points from all Clown Time modes on that one ball.
