I believe the perks in this game are just "upgrades." You should get this through natural progression playing through any of the game modes. Just play a few games of pinball and it will unlock. The reason I say that is all of the upgrades are unlocked by using basic mechanics a number of times:
Bumper Score Bonus - Hit the Bumpers on the table
Multiball Score Bonus - Start Multiball on the table
Skillshot Score Bonus - Hit a Skillshot on the table
Combo Time Bonus - Shoot Combos on the table
Distance Bonus - Cover long distances with your ball
Ball Save Time Bonus - Activate Ball Saves on the table
You will most likely unlock Bumper Score, Combo Time, Distance, and Ball Save Time by accident. I can't imagine there is a real way to grind them, but you won't need to: They will all unlock in the first couple games.
