There are two ways to do this using the upper left flipper.

Sometimes, while Rudy is taking, you can shoot the ball into his mouth. This requires a luckily timed shot.

The other way is to advance the clock to 11:30pm. The clock starts at 8pm and pretty much any shot you make on a ramp, lane or bumper will advance the clock. The clock is in the middle of the playfield above the flippers if you want to see how close you are to 11:30. The game will also tell you the current time with each advance of the clock.

Once the clock is at 11:30, the lock ball will light and you need to lock 2 balls into the hidden hallway which is the lane directly to the left of Rudy's head.

After locking the 2nd ball, the clock will chime midnight and Rudy will fall asleep. His mouth will now stay open as he snores.

Simply shoot the ball into his mouth to start Midnight Multi-ball and pop the achievement.
