First, hit the ball on the right side of the table 3 times. After that the table will say "Siege Tower in Position!"
Then shoot your ball up the right ramp (it will roll across the table to the siege tower). Then pick Mock Warfare from the list and select with the launch button (A button)
You have two catapults that alternate between one with a flashing red light and a solid orange light. Just press the launch button ( A) when the light is flashing red and the ball will shoot to that catapult and launch over to the ship.
Do this two times in a row the achievement will unlock (and probably obscure your view of the Table).

DISCOKING
Step 1: Hit the captive ball on the right 4 times (you will hear 'Siege tower in position' voice cue, when you're done).
Step 2: Send the ball up the right ramp (to the left of the captive ball).
Step 3: Once the ball enters siege tower, select Mock Warfare mission with flippers.
Step 4: After the ball drops into left plunger lane, look at the two Catapults. One will have a flashing or blinking red light on it. This is the Catapult that is active and will shoot the ball. It is important that you remember which one you used to shoot the ship with (the one in front or the one in the back). After you launch the ball from the Catapult, you will hit the boat on the right side.
Step 5: Repeat step 4 once more to hit it the ship a second time but you must use the other Catapult for the 2nd hit to count. If you use the same Catapult twice, the 2nd ball will not hit the ship so wait for the blinking red light to be on the Catapult you didn't use the first time, then launch the ball. If you did it right and hit the ship twice you will pop the trophy.
