How to unlock the The Secret Formula achievement in Pinball FX3 - Definitive Guide

Ok it took me a bit to figure out how to do this so let me share what I learned...
You have the choice of hitting two orbits or a combination of both to get things started. On the left there is an orbit above the upper left flipper and just underneath the spinner. Or....the orbit on the right has a picture of a wasp and ant man - hit that. The goal is to hit the spinner multiple times from either orbit. If you do it successfully you will know because the word "sparring" will display on your pinball table's display. Each hit of the spinner fills in one more letter.
But word to the wise you have to do this multiple times in succession (I think 5) or your progress will drain out of the word. Took me awhile to realize this was happening.
When the word "sparring" finally is complete you will know because a voice will tell you to shoot the far right lane (shoot the lane that says Lock extra ball). If you hit this you will start paintball mode. This will give you a gun / cannon at the bottom of the table. Use your left / right flippers to aim and your launch button to fire...antman will fly around your table and stop in front of a ramp. Shoot for whatever ramp he stops in front of. If you do this five times successfully the achievement will pop and the medal will annoyingly block your view of the table.

lol, noticed a mistake in my comment & fixing it changed the time stamp, making my comment appear to have been written after your answer

But yeah, FX2 & 3 are definitely up there in difficulty although the helpful upgrades in FX3 (like slow-mo to nail a hard shot) have made the tables SOOOOO much easier & since they also have removed some of the harder achievements ... looking at you

... I can actually fool myself into thinking that I might actually someday 100% this since I sadly know I'll never get all 12 ach. I have left in FX2 (X360)
