For this achievement, you need to complete the three main modes "Chucky Says," "Olly Olly Oxen Free," and "Tiffany," in order to unlock and complete the mode "Chip Off the Old Block." These modes can be started by hitting the center VOODOO targets which are separated into three sections (VO|OD|OO). You need to hit each of the three sections twice to have it register, and it will light solid when it's been hit twice. When all three are lit, you can choose from any of the three main modes to complete.
Here is how to complete each of the main modes:
Chucky Says: Hit the lit lanes one at a time before the time runs out. Once you hit the correct lane, a new lane lights and the minute timer resets for that shot. Succeed in hitting four of the lighted lanes and you've completed the mode.
Olly Olly Oxen Free: You only need to hit four of the lit shots, but with this mode Chucky moves to a spot on the other side of the table from the lit shot. If you hit Chucky, the mode ends immediately, so avoid hitting him and it's a fairly easy mode.
Tiffany: All of the lanes start as lit, and as you succeed in hitting each lane the associated light will go out. Hit all of the lit lanes, to light the final shot, which is the left-side lane that looks like a roller coaster track. For the final shot, the ball must make it all the way across the roller coaster lane, rather than only making it part way and dropping down the middle.
Chip Off the Old Block: Hit where Chucky is standing, then target the lane where he lands. The next shot is off of the straight-razor into the top lane (like you would to start a multiball mode). Then two more target lanes where Chucky is laying to remove his legs, and finally just hit him where he's laying down in the middle of the playfield. So many points, and Achievement unlocked! Shoot all of the lit lanes for massive points.
Some helpful tips for most of these modes:
If the ball is coming from the scoop and you have a shot that you want the ball to be on the right-side flipper, simply let the ball bounce off of the resting left-side flipper. It will bounce over to the right side every time, so use this to make the ball go where you want it!
Also, the first three modes have a sixty second timer that will reset back to sixty seconds with every lit shot. Not a lot of pressure generally, so take a bit of time and line up those shots properly!
