How to unlock the Most notorious slasher achievement in Pinball M - Definitive Guide

To start the Slasher Multiball for this achievement, shoot the left orbit. Shooting the left orbit on this table will not cause it to go around the back of the table to the right orbit, but instead hit the solid back of the orbit to activate the top left flipper for about 5 seconds. Once you hit the back of the orbit, the ball will roll back down towards you, and you will use the now active top left knife flipper to shoot the cross ramp directly across from that flipper (just to the left of Chucky and directly above the DOLLS sinkhole). Hitting the cross ramp will lock one ball of the three needed for the multiball. Repeat two more times to lock all three balls and the multiball will start.
As with any multiball achievement, get as many shots off as you can early to take advantage of the ball save. Once ball save turns off this becomes a little more difficult as you have to keep track of all balls more carefully. It's on for a pretty long time, though.
The first shot you need to make is the left ramp, and this is the hardest shot of this achievement in my opinion simply because it needs to be a very powerful shot to make it all the way around the ramp. The back middle section of the ramp, right below the Chucky face, goes down and then back up like a rollercoaster and you need enough momentum to make it up the other side. Most of my shots end up not making it and fall out of the valley. Part of the difficulty comes with the other two balls possible getting in the way of your shot and making it lose power or miss completely. I would try to catch two balls in the left flipper and hold them there so you can take a shot with the third ball from the right flipper. You can hold the left flipper and it will not block the ramp shot from the right flipper. This ball will be 'locked' by Chucky, and you will now only have two balls for the next two shots, which to me actually makes them a little easier to manage.
The second shot is going to be the orbit that is right under Chucky, second in from the right. I did not find this one very tough and is easily shot from the left flipper. After this shot is made Chucky stabs a knife into the playfield below the DOLLS sinkhole that you need to hit twice in order to hit it back up at him and stab him. This, again, is not too tough and can be shot from either the left flipper or straight up from the right flipper. The ball rolling down onto it from behind does not count. Once you hit all 4 of these shots, the mode is complete, and the achievement earned. Below is a video of me earning the achievement.

Great solution mate.
Just wanted to add, if you want to bypass the process of triggering multiball just start a player created tournament in the Tournaments section that has the title "Madness Challenge".
This will drop you straight into 2 minutes of continuous multiball in which you can aim at completing the requirements of this achievement.
(I unlocked this achievement yesterday by mistake - I was going for the tournament and mastery related achievements at the time!)
It's completely up to you if you want to add this to your existing solution, I don't mind at all.
