At the start of the game, play as Survivor. The Survivor you pick doesn't really matter for this specific achievement, but I picked Fast Fixing to repair generators faster. You cannot earn this as the Killer.
By default, dropping the pallet is worth 500,000 points. This value can be raised by shooting the red sink hole in the center of the table below where the killer is standing. Each shot will raise it by 50,000 points. Once you shoot it 10 times to get it to at least 1 million points, you can safely begin a chase mode. You can lose the ball between shots to the center hole, but if you drop the pallet during a chase before reaching 1,000,000, you will be reset back to 500,000 and need to make 10 new shots on the sink hole. If you start a chase by accident but DON'T drop the pallet (either hide or escape successfully or drain your ball) then your points will not be reset since you didn't drop the pallet. It seems there is some randomness to starting a Chase (the table guide only says that the Killer can 'find you' and start a chase), but after successfully finishing a generator, you should be put into a chase mode. Now you just have to hit the very easy shot of hitting the pallet in the center of the table in front of where the sinkhole is.
