To grind this achievement after completing the game, go to the boss of world 5, clear all the green planet things from the first room, then get yourself between the side of the room and the wall, and just bounce yourself between the level wall and the blue wall for five minutes. You can just leave it running.

it didnt seem to count towards the achievement on boss levels for me, but on regular levels it counted it normally

Go to world 9 level 5.
Shoot straight down so you go into the auto movement, then shoot at a diagonal while in the breakable area for an instant 60 bounces.
Retry until done.
