This one is a bit tricky, but here are some tips (and a video)
1. You can shoot with your right stick
. Wherever you point, you will shoot a pebble every few moments.
2. Use your left stick
to your advantage, as it slows down time. Use this and the shooting to aim easier.
3. If you let go of the left stick (for example, to shoot), make sure that no lasers are in your way.
4. If you get hit, do a vertical jump upwards or downwards and use invincibility frames to shoot both sides. I used it a few times, and it works kind of well.
5. Bullets count a few seconds after dying. This is how I got this achievement, actually. A few stray bullets counted so i got 101 points.

This one took me a few tries. If like me you were struggling to shoot and focus on avoiding getting hit and taking the odd pot shot this method might work for you.
Put a rubberband around the right stick and pull it over the right hand of the controller, this will now ensure a constant stream of bullets behind you and you can focus on just zipping through the map. Go around in circles wherever you find gaps in the map and then zip to the other side if you get surrounded. This will ensure that you are effortlessly killing even when you are only fleeing.
