This popped retroactively for me when I loaded up the game post-update. You'll probably kill 300 enemies in the process of getting all the achievements (especially with the update) so I don't think you'll need extra grinding, but you can just run around the world map and slaughter non-elites until you get this if you need to.
The, Pants, Party
This is cumulative between all your units and all game modes (story, arena, PVP). You should have no issue getting this while working on all the other achievements.
