Text Guide: When exiting the town you can purchase the needed nitro. Each cost 150 gold and you only need around five if you do it right. Then press the 
button while exploring the map to use the boost and if you do it right you can get two kills at a time.

After gaining access to the city hub, you will be shown how to purchase items at the Guard Post before leaving on missions (they want you to buy cages for the "recruitment" process). This is where you will buy the nitro boost item for the wagon. Once you are on the world map, press A to initiate the boost and you will be able to mow down enemies. You should be able to kill 2-3 per boost depending on how far apart they are on the map. Repeat until you've killed 10 to unlock the achievement.
