How to unlock the Game Over achievement in Pixel Gladiator - Definitive Guide

Not a solution really, just pointing out the obvious in a sea of easily bought gamerscore. Just press "RT" at the "Reactor" to start the wave in any mode and fail, which should make it unlock.

I've failed 3 times and it hasn't unlocked. Almost done with the first arena too. Must be glitches for me

Needs to be done in Survival mode. Just start the first wave, jump over the enemies and let them destroy the reactor. For some reason it doesn't work when playing arena mode.

After Jetpack (200G), just allow the enemies to infiltrate the base. Have one constantly attacking you until your health disappears. Once it does, this achievement will unlock.
