This achievement unlocks upon completing all 16 missions in the game. They're unlocked linearly, so you'll need to play them all in order. Every mission is exactly the same: you start out with an autoscrolling section where you just have to navigate to collect gems. Once that's done, it's just a matter of walking right, doing the extremely simple QTEs, until you reach the end of the level for another QTE.
There are no enemies, no combat, and no way to fail. You can't even fail the QTEs, as the game just stays there until you press the correct button. So simply walk to the right to complete every mission and unlock this achievement.
