How to unlock the The Ratings Are Through the Roof! achievement in Planet Coaster: Console Edition - Definitive Guide

This can be earned in both Career and Sandbox modes, but is quicker in Sandbox.
Start by selecting ‘Sandbox’ from the main menu, then on the next screen, choose a region. When the map opens, press

to select ‘Scenery’. Press 
to refine your search and select the third icon in the first column (the building icon). A second set of columns will appear so select the second icon in the third column (the huge building icon). At the bottom right of the list is the ‘Fairytale Large Castle’ for $15,000+.
Select the castle and place it anywhere in the map boundaries. Keep selecting and placing the castle over and over again and your rating will increase each time. To reach 1000, you need to place approximately 20 castles on the map.
