Planet of Lana

The first Shrine is found in chapter 2. After you meet the Boar enemy and drop them off the cliff, drop down to their body but proceed all the way to left into a hidden cave. Interact with the tablet with to unlock the achievement.

Unfortunately the first guide here says to go to Chapter 2, but what does that mean?
After completing the game you can go back and replay chapters, but they are titled by name, not number. So, on my first go at this, I assumed that the chapter titled HOME was Chapter 0, and then continued to figure ALONE was Chapter 1 and, in following, A NEW FRIEND was Chapter 2. So I played for like over three hours starting with A NEW FRIEND (thinking it was Chapter 2) before I never re-encountered this cliff-boar and realized I was more than halfway through the game again and that the first guide had LED ME WRONG.
If you are trying to get this via replay, you want to start with the level titled ALONE. I was able to grab this in just under six minutes. If you're visiting machinery levels and seeing skeletons and what may be aliens, you have picked the wrong level (like I did) and started too far in!
From the start of ALONE, you take like an hour to wake up. After your lazy character wakes up, go to the right and wait for your character to call for your dead friend for five minutes.
Drop down and go right and do it again.
Drop down and go right and do it again.
Then keep going right and jump a few platforms.
Go right and yell for your friend some more until a boar appears below you. When he turns left, jump down and hide in the grass. When he turns left again, run to the next spot of grass and hide until he turns left again, then once he turns left again you can run to the right and should make it to the next upper ledge.
Walk right and slide down a cliff and be careful to jump at the end of it onto the next ledge. Go right and complete the box puzzle (Move the box that's already on the ground to the left so that you can jump up to the tower and pull off the second box. Then pull both boxes to the right so that each one is just to the left of a platform, without resting on the platform. Jump so that the left-side platform is on the ground, and pull a box on top of this platform. Then use the right-side box to jump onto the right-side platform, so that you should be able to lift yourself up to the higher ledge on the right.) Go right and some ships should fly by in the background while your character yells like a maniac. Next you should do down and meet your next boar. Jump down and trick it into running toward you and under the lower ledge, then jump right and race to the ledge across the gap before the boar gets you and it should fall off the cliff, to be used by you later, if you were actually playing the game. Keep hopping to the right until you're on the ground and go left, where you should see the dead boar on the ground because you tricked him. DO NOT continue the game logically here. Keep walking past the dead boar to his left and you should enter a cavern with this Shrine. Stand in front of it and press X to view it. Press B to exit out of the shrine's picture and this should pop afterward.

After jumping over the pig like creature run to the right and jump the gap, the creature will drop off the edge of the cliff. Move right and drop down to the ground. Run left to the creature body and keep going left into a cave. There you will fin a shrine, stand next to it and press X to unlock
