This is found in Chapter 10. About midway through the level you will take control, of a giant magnet. Ensure the nearby drone is trapped and wont interfere. Then move the magnet to the left side halfway up the wall. Then climb up the platforms onto the magnet and use it to jump through the gap to the left. As always interact with the Shrine to unlock the achievement.

Chapter 10
Around halfway through the level you'll come to a puzzle area with a flying robot enemy that moves left and right. You need to get past it and reach the console on the right, which allows you to control the magnet above the robot. Complete the puzzle like normal, grabbing the robot, placing it in the hole in the floor, then closing it up with Mui. Now that the puzzle is done, move the magnet all the way left, then put it at the right height so it forms a platform between the existing platform sticking out and the ledge up higher. Use the magnet to climb up to the left side of the room, and crouch under the top to reach the last shrine off to the left.
