How to unlock the Finding Secret Shrine 6/10 achievement in Planet of Lana - Definitive Guide

You will find this during Chapter 6. You will come to an area with a rock in the middle and a Bio-activated platform on either side. Drop into the water and swim to the right, climb on to the rock outcropping and continue crouching to the right to discover a hidden cave. As always use cn_X to interact with the Shrine and the achievement will unlock.

This game does not like quick resume. I had the issue where quick resuming would cause achievements to not trigger. Just be sure to quit the game if it quick resumes (or remove from the quick resume list before starting) and hopefully that takes care of your issue.

Chapter 6

At the second water "puzzle" area of this chapter, where you need to leave Mui to jump into the water and use the black plants to create a bridge for Mui to jump across, you'll swim under the rock platform to generate a bridge. After Mui jumps across, you'll continue right onto a platform to get out of the water. On this platform, before climbing up, crouch and head right into a hidden opening to find this shrine.
